DAGAN COHEN is the new senior emissary (shalich) at the Sid Jacobson JCC as it's Director. He is representing the JEWISH AGENCY. Born in the Upper Galilee in Kibbutz Yiftach and was a combat officer in the IDF unit called Magellan (now in reserve). Dagan will engage us in meaningful conversation about life as it is now in Israel.
